But we should agree that the same problems can’t keep getting worse while the same people stay in charge.
I’m Emily Tseffos. I’m a mom, former teacher, community organizer, and candidate for Wisconsin State Senate. I’m running to lower costs, protect our public schools, and bring practical, accountable leadership back to Madison.
I’ve spent the last three years talking with people across this district — Democrats, Republicans, independents, and plenty of people who are tired of politics altogether.
We don’t agree on everything. But nearly everywhere I go, I hear the same frustrations: healthcare costs too much. Property taxes keep climbing. Schools are being asked to do more with less. Small towns and rural communities feel forgotten.
These problems did not happen by accident. They are the result of choices made in Madison. And after years of the same leadership, it is fair to ask:
What has actually gotten better?
I’m not asking you to agree with me on everything. I’m asking for the chance to earn your vote.
Our district-wide food drive brought neighbors together across Senate District 19 to collect and deliver more than 6,000 pounds of food and over $2,000 in donations to local pantries. In a moment when grocery costs are rising and federal food supplies are shrinking, our community stepped up.
